Anti-caking additive for powder coatings

Jietonda® K7010A is an effective additive designed as anti-caking agent for powder coatings, also improve the fluidity of dry powder coatings.

1. Typical properties

2. Characteristics
　 ● Jietonda® K7010A is used for almost all kinds of powder coatings,including PES/TGIC,PES/HAA, hybrid, PU and epoxy, acrylate, especially metallic finish, texture and artistic finish powders.
　 ● Improving fluidity of dry powder coatings and anti caking.
　 ● No effects to flow performance

3. Use method & levels
　 ● Firstly, prepare an appropriate base coating powder followed by incorporating K7010A into the said powder, then dry blending using a proper mixer.
　 ● The use level is 0.2-0.4% based on total formula by weight.

4. Package & Storage
　 ● Packaging with PE lined fiber drums. Net weight 10 kg-20kg per drum.
　 ● Store in temperature between 2-32℃ or cool dry place to avoid caking. Keep package closed after using. Keep away from heat and fire.
　 ● Based on our experience the shelf life of this product under above conditions is at least 2 years.
