Hardener for epoxy powder coatings

Jietonda® SA2831 is an ultra-fine grade of accelerated DICY curing agent used in pure epoxy powder coatings.

1. Typical properties

Herein described to be typical properties and do not constitute specification limits.

2. Characteristics
　 ● Jietonda® SA2831 interacts with epoxy resins through both catalytic and addition reaction of DICY portion, so it can be used individually or in combination with other materials,and formulate a wide range of functional powder coatings with medium temp. & fast curing.

3. Use method & levels
　 ● Premix SA2831 with other components of the formula before extrusion.
　 ● The curing conditions of 160℃/12min & 200℃/5min are suggested.
　 ● Approx. 4 -5 parts calculated on 100 parts of epoxy resins (EEW 700-900) by weight.

4. Package & Storage
　 ● Packaging with PE lined Kraft paper bags. Net weight 25 kg per bag.
　 ● Store in temperature between 2-32℃ or cool dry place to avoid caking. Keep package closed after using. Keep away from fire.
　 ● Based on our experience the shelf life of this product under above conditions is at least 2 years.
