Hardener for epoxy powder coatings

Jietonda® SA2830 is a micronized modified DICY, which used as latent curing agent in pure epoxy powder coatings.

1. Typical properties

Herein described to be typical properties and do not constitute specification limits.

2. Characteristics
　 ● Can be used individually or in combination with other materials.
　 ● Highly reactive activity.
　 ● Can disperse into liquid resins easily and uniformly.

3. Use method & levels
　 ● Premix SA2830 with other components of the formula before extrusion.
　 ● The curing condition of 180℃/15min is suggested.
　 ● Approx. 3.5-4.5 parts calculated on 100 parts of epoxy resins (EEW 700-900) by weight.

4. Package & Storage
　 ● Packaging with PE lined Kraft paper bags. Net weight 20 kg per bag.
　 ● Store in temperature between 2-32℃ or cool dry place to avoid caking. Keep package closed after using. Keep away from fire.
　 ● Based on our experience the shelf life of this product under above conditions is at least 2 years.
