Film hardening agent for powder coatings

Jietonda® SA501 is a modified PTFE wax used for powder coatings to increase hardness and smoothness of film.

1. Typical properties

Herein described to be typical properties and do not constitute specification limits.

2. Characteristics
　 ● For almost all kinds of powder coatings system.
　 ● Increase hardness of film,and also provide excellent flow and smooth appearance
　 ● Good dispersing ability.
　 ● Increase the wettability of pigment dispersing.

3. Use method & levels
　 ● Premix SA501 with other components of the formula before extrusion.
　 ● The use level is 0.5-1% by weight, calculated on total formula weight.

4. Package & Storage
　 ● Packaging with PE lined Kraft paper bags. Net weight 25kg per bag.
　 ● Store in temperature between 2-32℃ or cool dry place to avoid caking. Keep package closed after using. Keep away from heat and fire.
　 ● Based on our experience the shelf life of this product under above conditions is at least 2 years.
